DECORATING
Sometimes decorating is the first thing we do to start our holiday preparations. If for no other reason than it’s a sure-fire way to spark a festive mood.
So as you pull out yester-year’s decorations and start decking your halls with cheer, try some of these tips to further enhance your client’s holiday spa and salon experience:
Twinkly lights aren’t just for windows and greenery.
String them up against mirrors for an extra special holiday glow, reflecting more sparkle onto your space and your clients— especially after you’ve done your magic on them!
Another way to “festive” things up is to recycle bottles and jars into beautiful light decorations!

MUSIC is décor for the ears (okay, aside from earrings). Some enjoy hearing it right after Thanksgiving; others prefer closer to Christmas.
Either way, one of the best ideas we’ve heard is from award-winning salon blogger Zoe Belisle-Springer, who suggests creating a personalized client playlist for your shop by decorating a whiteboard and letting clients list their favorite holiday tunes!

HOLIDAY RETAIL SALES
After decorating comes PRESENTS! Now is the perfect time to help your clients with their shopping needs.
